Catalyst Fit Detective

cat·a·lyst - a person or thing that precipitates an event.

de·tec·tive - a person whose occupation is to investigate and solve "crimes" that our bodies are experiencing.

Overall goal is to prevent/reverse symptoms of illness or place any current disease into remission.  Clients will learn how to research using  both objective and subjective information to figure out how to possibly resolve their own heath concerns.  This also means that you are in a position to have better conversations with any medical team you may encounter.
