Resting Metabolic Rate

  • Schedule your appointment below. 

  • RMR testing is best done in the morning prior to exercise, food, or caffeine consumption.

  • Be dressed to get on with the rest of your day.

  • Testing will take up to 20 minutes in a relaxed state. (see here for a detailed description of the test)

  • Receive results immediately, know your caloric need to lose weight and increase performance.



3-D Body Scanning

  • Schedule your appointment below.

  • Bring appropriate clothing (see here for more information on clothing and how the scan is performed!)

  • The scan will take 35 seconds.

  • Results will include body fat percentage, postural analysis, measurements, RMR, and health and disease risk.



VO2 Max Testing

  • Schedule your appointment below.

  • Wear workout attire and appropriate footwear.

  • Testing will take approximately 15 minutes and will operate similarly to a stress test. (see here for a detailed description of the test)

  • Use of the treadmill for running or walking is preferred, but the test can also be performed on a recumbent bike.

  • Results will provide fitness level, anaerobic and aerobic thresholds, and proper training ranges.
